new sim needed

I need a new sim sent to my address as i have lost the letter with the sim and now all my calls have stopped going and receiving . can someone please advise .

I just received it today- thank you! 

However it’s been a couple of hours since i inserted the new sim and still it shows no service on my phone. what should i do?

Hi jasleen,

 

I'm happy to hear that you were able to get a new SIM sent to you.

 

Did you follow all the instructions that came with the new SIM and did you have to enter an unlocking code before activating the new SIM?

basically it said that i needed to text READY to a number, but when i texted it didn’t go through because all my texts and calls stopped working, so i switched my phone off and inserted the new sim but it didn’t ask for any unlocking code or anything? even though i had been provided with the codes. i’m not really sure why
