new sim cards

My new sim card isnt working i have been trying to contact virgin mobile for 17 days without any response.

I'm very sorry that your new SIM card isn't working, this isn't good. 

What error message are you getting when the SIM card is in the phone?

 

What phone are you using?

Has the new SIM been activated, is the old SIM still working?
