Hi, Could someone help please. I fitted the news Sim card that was sent to me but my phone now says damaged or missing sim.
How can I order a new sim please. No one seems to answer the phone or I get cut off or sent a link which is no use as my phone does not work.

Tried this phone line it is dead. I have had no help from Virgin and have therefore cancelled my contract.
Thanks for trying to help more than Virgin did.
