I still cant get my phone to work with the new card. screen shows sim locked but asks for sim password which my phone as never had. I bought my phone from virgin many years ago. Reading the posts on the forum, it seems that older phones are the ones not working. So will my old Samsung have to be replaced. When I enter the imei no it shows no phone found. I have had my new sim since early July and followed all advice given on this site plus in the letter and still no joy, am now thinking of getting a new phone with a new sim from another network.
