new provisioning message returns incorrect pin code
For a while now one of our phones keeps getting new provisioning messages but when you click on the notification and open the message you can only delete, postpone or OK. Clicking OK always returns "incorrect pin code". A while later a new message arrives and the same options/outcome.
I have found how to disable the CP Client but that is not my option of choice.
How can I resolve this issue without doing a factory reset on the phone and starting from scratch (assuming that would work and it is not a SIM card issue?)
