How do I tell Virgin Media that they have probably sent a new SIM to my old address? I have a new address now and have changed my account address to this but have not received a new SIM. I have sent a letter to their London address, I have sent them a text message, I have tried phoning them. Is there something else I can do?
Dear Natalie, can you help me with the following: Re my new SIM card, will it already have on it all my details from my old card e.g. e-mails, viber and Instagram accounts or will I have to re-install these?
