new SIM

How do I tell Virgin Media that they have probably sent a new SIM to my old address? I have a new address now and have changed my account address to this but have not received a new SIM. I have sent a letter to their London address, I have sent them a text message, I have tried phoning them. Is there something else I can do?

Thanks Nat, I finally got through to Customer Support and they sent me a new SIM which I got today!

Dear Natalie, can you help me with the following: Re my new SIM card, will it already have on it all my details from my old card e.g. e-mails, viber and Instagram accounts or will I have to re-install these?

Thanks for getting in touch 🙂 

 

Applications and logins are either saved to the handset or backed up to something like the cloud or Gmail. 

 

Changing your SIM should not impact any previously saved logins or information but we would recommend backing up your contacts to your phone or to one of the back up services available.
