new SIM -bringing over old number from 02, Virgin account now says processed -what next?
My account says the number has been transferred and processed, however my phone still says SIM not supported. 'The SIM card you currently have installed in this iphone is from a network provider that is not supported under the activation policy currently assigned to the activation server.'
Is there a problem/issue I haven't understood or do I still have to wait even if my account says 'success! your number has been transferred'?
