Sorry to hear that your SIM migration hasn't gone smoothly for you. I've checked your details and can see you've spoken to an agent but I'm unsure whether you still have a problem with the new SIM since you posted. Are you able to reply back to Martin's Private Message? The Private Messages on here don't expire and if you click on the purple envelop on the top right of your screen, you should see the Private Message he sent you.
