network key

I posted message on Saturday about VM665 . The new Sim prompted NETWORK KEY.

After spending 5 HOURS  on the chat with Virgin I was given a code to put in 

Well it got rid of " network key" and was replaced with "Serv. Prov. Key ". I was told this would be sorted and leave for 24 hours .  OH NO it has not. 

My old Sim was working on Sunday  but not today . SO!  no mobile  but virgin have got my money

I also missed a message from Martin about this ,sorry

I am not good with Tech so that does not help

Hello there spudspot,

 

Sorry to hear that your SIM migration hasn't gone smoothly for you. I've checked your details and can see you've spoken to an agent but I'm unsure whether you still have a problem with the new SIM since you posted.  Are you able to reply back to Martin's Private Message? The Private Messages on here don't expire and  if you click on the purple envelop on the top right of your screen, you should see the Private Message he sent you.

 

Please post back if you're having problems with the new SIM or the Private Message and I'll send you a new one.
