my virgin app

I used to be able to see the usage of all familey members on the app which was helpful, but as of November this has not been possiable I can only see my own.

Why has virgin changed this?

Hi @Su123,

Can you please try logging out of the application and then logging back in?

This should allow you to log into the mobile side of the services

I just tried logging out and back in and hasn’t made any difference . What do they mean by the anable all mobile features.

It only showed my usage not other family members.
