my new sim is not working, how can i activate it?

my new virgin sim is not activated and does not work, what can i do?

Hello, 

thank you for replying - 

I  am currently tearing my hair out as Virgin is not making it possible for me to log into my account - they do not recognise my login, and when trying to reset my password, they send a code to my phone - which has a SIM in it that is not working.... you see the problem...

Can I contact Virgin somehow directly? The problem seems not solvable online.

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks

The only way to contact them is via phone 0345 6000 789 from a none Virgin phone or hang on here for it to be picked up by an agent
