I am currently tearing my hair out as Virgin is not making it possible for me to log into my account - they do not recognise my login, and when trying to reset my password, they send a code to my phone - which has a SIM in it that is not working.... you see the problem...
Can I contact Virgin somehow directly? The problem seems not solvable online.
