Struggling to register for virgin mobile, I am asked for a security question but I haven't set one up?.

Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with registering for an online account.
Can you try entering the password you'd have given the team when you set up the account? Please include any capitals etc.

This was one of the first things I tried after not being able to register and it didn't work which I thought was strange.
