mobile online bill

cannot view my mobile account ; lets me log in ; but says no bills available yet , joined March 2021

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post, and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with viewing your bills online! I understand that this can be frustrating. 

When you sign into your account, have you checked that all details are correct? 

Have you been able to view your online bills at any point since joining?

How are you viewing your bills? Is via the app or web browser?

Please let us know so we can look into this further for you.

cannot log into mobile account via app, does not recognise my transferred number ,entered virgin number ,but still will not let me log in. Web browser can log in ;no bills to view. Never been able to view bills ;no issue with virgin media account

I am sorry that the bills are not showing on your mobile account. Have you tried using the website log in or are you using the app?
