i have Samsung S7 , on Virgin Pay as you go. Over the last 2 days I have been receiving mobile network not available when trying to make calls and no one can ring me . every now and again however it will work.
I have the purple SIM and have tried many times to clean and insert to recover issue to no avail.

Could you please confirm if you have tried rebooting your phone since this issue started occuring? Could you alse ensure that your carrier settings are correct? You can follow these steps: Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap Automatic Selection.
