i slipped my sim into a new phone and now the mobile data doesn't work.. does this need to be activated.. ta
Really sorry that mobile data isn't working since changing your SIM, this ins't good.
It shouldn't need to be activated but you might need to update your APN settings to get this sorted
Can I ask what handset you're using.
Is it one we have here?
If so then click on it and follow the instructions to get data set up.
If it isn't one we have then let us know and we'll do we else we can to support you.
Also please ensure that mobile data is still active on the handset within the settings.
