mobile data not working

I had a new SIM card sent by Virgin (sent automatically by Virgin after a lot of hassle) in the summer. Mobile data when out and about has never worked. Mobile data is ‘switched on’ on settings and l can connect via wi-fi but not via mobile data - any suggestions?

Yes, your APN settings probably have not updated.
