Hi Beth, yes stuck on the same page with username password captcha, all with green ticks. I mention the security question as I went through the process of answering it but couldn’t remember what the question was. I wondered if I’d answered it wrong and stuffed up the login process.
I tried it on a laptop, chrome and load safari. I’ve just cleared cache and cookies on iPad and iMac and tried. I didn’t get the captcha part this time, both devices showed a sorry we didn’t recognised those details message. Are the green ticks relevant to correct data, or just indicating a filled out field?
