mms not working

over the last week or two everytime k try to send a MMS to someone they get a blank white symbol and can’t open it.

If someone sends one to me it comes through as a jpeg image with a number but doesn’t allow me to open it either.

i’ve always been able to send and receive them since joining you over a year ago so why can’t i now??

Hi there @bexylou02, welcome back to our forum and thanks for your post.

Sorry to see you have been having issues with MMS on your handset. Can you please confirm what Apple device you are using? Is the device software fully up to date?

Have you been able to try sending an MMS to yourself to see if this helps? Doing this will sometimes reset the settings for MMS. Failing this I would advise to try resetting the network settings on the handset as this may also help.
