@enlli. Not seen away to order a replacement SIM in the online account myself.
@nicola1975. There is a link on their website to report a lost SIM, which should get a replacement SIM automatically sent out to you https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-mobile-report-lost-or-stolen-mobile-phone
hi thanks for reply i messaged this text service at 16.30 and still awaiting reply also tried ringing but gave up after 45 mins on hold
