killed sim card

ok u killed my sim card a ticket has be issued to the tech team as I have incoming calls and texts but no outbound calls or texts plus no data. but for some reason the call center think its okay for a customer to wait 3 to 5 days for a sim card that they broke and that's with the issue with the account that is right that I pay £120 for account that was in writing for £70 a month then I increased to £94 but so how that works out to £121 if u can work that out ur better at maths then me
