keep getting text to say insert new sim but i haven't received one

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your replacement SIM. Can you please confirm if the replacement was due to network migration or a faulty SIM?
Also, can you please tell us if you have changed addresses since being a Virgin Mobile customer and if so, were you able to update the new address with us or via your online account?
