issue registering for an account - blank security question

I am attempting to register for a virgin mobile account online however it is asking me to answer a security question. The question field is blank but answering the question is required to register for an account. I ordered the SIM through a third party seller and no security question was set up at the point of sale.

Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks.
