iphone stolen. forgotten password to sign in to Virgin. how do I reset passwordo?

my iPhone has been stolen in another country. I have forgotten my original mobile password to log in to my virgin mobile account. I cany seem to reset password as part of the process is a code sent to my stolen iphone.
