i am trying to send my phone in for repair but its  saying already job in progress refer to tracking page but there is no tracking page?

There is already a booking in progress for this IMEI, please refer to the tracking page. ??? there is no links for tracking page what a shambles.

my phone has been defective ever since i bought it noone can hear me properly on calls and voice memos is all static and distorted tried everything to fix it and now it's a nightmare to send it in for repair.

I'm sorry to see you have been unable to book your phone in for repair. Were you trying to do this after running through some diagnostics on our phone fix link here?
