internet connection cuts off

going on for months, put sim card into imo dongle, connect to laptop, signal keeps cutting off, have to reboot dongle every time, complete load of rubbish as to virgin connection, its NOT any of my equipment as i have proved, being a computer engineer. come on virgin, give us a good transmission signal
