impossible conversations

Thanks to Jodi from the team for offering to help with my new SIM which doesn't work, now that Virgin has immobilised my old SIM but Corey C asked for the same details previously - which I tried to send but there is no 'send' button appearing in the grey reply box (or anywhere on the screen).

So I can't email & I now can't text or phone because Virgin have shut me down. I tried writing a letter in July - zilch. So please suggest another way of having a conversation with Virgin - the exit is getting ever closer.
