iPhones

There are a couple of things I would like answers to, if possible :

  1. Two years ago Virgin did an update on their system, and as a result you could not send picture texts. Virgin advised they didn't know when it would be fixed, and as they were in breach of contact we could cancel our air time contract. I assume, after this time, the problem is now fixed?
  2. We are looking to renew our contracts back to Virgin, and are looking at iPhones. One of these is used by my wife and one of the things she wants as she always uses it is a Note Pad app. Do iPhones have these, and if so, can she move photos she receives on emails into the Note Pad? She can do this with her current old phone and has insisted that the new one is capable of doing this also
