iPhone returned to sender

Hi there I recently bought a new iPhone 14 and it was supposed to be delivered today however I looked this morning and after it got to the local depot it was returned to sender I rang up and customer service said there was no issue and it was being delivered my mobile app is all set up with my allowances and a new number to as if I received the phone

I am sorry to hear that there has been a delay with the phone, when you track it does it show where it has been delivered too?

Can you let us know if it is not received today?
