iPhone has stopped connecting to 5G

In the last few months both of the iPhones in our house have stopped connecting to 5G - we live 100 metres from a mast and coverage should be excellent. I've got voice and data setting setting to 5G on, but it makes no difference.

Hello again mapsal.

I have just replied to your other post.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your 5G connection.

Can I just ask if you have been migrated over from us to O2 now?

No, due to happen next week.

Thanks for replying mapsal.

I can check the area and masts for you from here if you like.

I would need to send a Private message to get your address if that is okay.

Best not show it on a public Forum.

If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.

Done - I can see a mast from my front garden!

Thanks Mapsal.

I will take a look at this for you.

Hello mapsal.

Thank you for those details.

I have had a look at and nothing is showing in your area as a fault with the mast/coverage.

If you are still having Issues you will need to speak to O2 by the options here.

The Migration appears to have gone ahead now.

According to the letters I have from Virgin I am not supposed to be switched until 16 July.

Thanks for replying mapsal

Can I ask if the mobile account is in your name?
