I have a brand new iPhone 11 Max. I live in an area advertised by Virgin as having 4G connectivity but at home I have no signal at all other than 1 bar in one upstairs room. I have super fast Virgin Broadband and my TV and home phone are all Virgin. So, at home, my phone is just a 'dumb' device for reading email and getting onto the internet. I can't even use Messages. I've contacted Virgin but they didn't even bother to reply so I thought I'd put the issue up here in case anyone has any ideas/tips.
