This is the 2nd time I have tried to order 2 iPhone SE contracts with Virgin and twice they have been cancelled for no apparent reason.
I get the email confirmation and the webpage that says "now its over to us" then the next day I check my order and it has been cancelled and that I should phone the number provided. When I phone this number the automated service talks me round in a circle ending that all information can be found on the website and ends call.
I talked to a VIP on the website and he said he would pass my number along but never heard anymore about it. Left it a couple of days and tried to re order but same problem comes up.
