- Since Virgin Mobile migrated my service on Thursday (without prior notification) to the O2 network I have had no service.
After 3 days of calling and putting SIM cards in and out they are now telling me my phone is faulty and I need to get it fixed from wherever I bought it!
My phone was working perfectly until it was migrated.
Is anybody else having this problem please?
I had a very rude Virgin mobile call handler tell me since they were only supplying the SIM card and it works in another phone it is my problem and to go and get the phone fixed myself.
I had to insist and insist that I wanted to speak to a manager and I was just left on hold for a further 20 minutes without any contact and not put through.
Disgusted at the poor service and poor customer service, have not resolved the issue or been able to escalate the problem at Virgin 😡
