Hi
I have a new iPhone 14 pro with EE and moved into a new house with virgin media broadband and tv.
My Wi-Fi calling is not working and the cellular signal in my house is terrible.
I have checked my phone settings and Wi-Fi calling is enabled but my phone never allows calls through Wi-Fi. when I turn aeroplane mode on, connect to wireless and try to make a call the call fails as no signal.
see attachments
can you help?

If you are with EE then you will have to contact them regarding reception. Same with WiFi Calling as they control that.
Virgin use O2 for signal

Hey @Bxll,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with WiFi calling, have you contacted EE to check if the WiFi calling feature has been activated from their side?
Regards,
