It's likely that WiFi Calling and 4G Calling are not enabled on your SIM, even though they're switched on on your device. It's not switched on by default presently, and can't be triggered via the device either unfortunately.

That would need checking at Virgin Media's end.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums, and a very warm welcome to you @Mandaric.

Sorry to hear that you're struggling to use Wi-Fi calling on your iPhone. 13 pro.

Can you please advise me if you have access to the data services on the sim card?

Are you able to successfully make and receive both calls and text messages?

Kindest regards,

David_Bn

As long as i have signal, i am able to make & receive texts & calls no problem. But my signal in my house is very intermittent, and i have been made aware that if i have wifi i can use wifi calling, but mine doesn’t seem to work….
I’m not sure what “access to the data services on the SIM card” means, sorry.

Thank you. I will look into this.

Thanks for the swift response @Mandaric

My question was in relation to the data services on your sim card, that would allow you to access online content, without the need of a Wi-Fi connection - the Text ALL rhetoric within your original post sent me down this path.

Check out the purple envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me, and I'll be able to ensure that Wi-Fi calling is switched on, on our side.

Kindest regards,
