iPhone 12 Pro lack of delivery or communication

Hi,

I pre-ordered an iPhone 12 Pro on 18th October and had a confirmed delivery date of 13th November.

That day has been and gone.
I have no correspondance from Virgin whatso-ever about any delays, reschedule dates, reasons why etc.

I have treid a number a ways to contact VM, the last being text messsage service. Obviously the bot was no help, and have now been passed to a real person (1 day later and no response), I chased for an update, but VM systems are "being update" so cannot pull any account details.

What is going on, and when will a recieve my upgrade?

Update.

Due to "Global constraints" the iPhone 12 Pro (and I suspect others) have been placed on back order.

As yet Virgin cannot provide an update on delvery.

As yet I have had NO official correspondance from Virgin Media about delays. NOTHING !

Where do you get your information about the global constraints? I’ve been all over the internet trying to find something, ANYTHING, about what’s going on.

There are people out there who pre-ordered on the same day as me and got their phones 2 weeks ago. Mine was due on the 11th and on the 13th I got an email saying it could be another 17 days. Everyone else I’ve come across that’s had the same email has been given a different time frame.

 And I can’t sign into my account to see what’s going on because it says I have to ring and I think we all know what that experience is like.

Hey,
I managed to get through a few days ago (and still in conversation) on text messaging service.
The advisor informed me of the global constraints.

Since this morning tho, he has disappeared somewhere.

I did get an email this afternoon from Virgin's Compliments Select "We're sorry for the delay
Valued Customer" with a £25 reward to use from a selected number of retailers.
However, no explaination why, no new delivery dates.

This is the ONLY communication I have had to date with Virgin Mobile team.

Was the the pro or the pro max? My partner ordered mine on 6th November pre order date everything set up fine was due deliver yesterday nothing. We also upgraded a contract for his dads Christmas on the 10 that was due yesterday and came I’m confused as to why there is so many issues

It very much depends on the model, size and even the colour.
Apparently the blue 12 pro is like rocking horse ****.
Different, less popular colours are potentially in stock
