iPhone 12 I now have 5G but can’t make or receive calls

A friend has just managed to get me via what’s app audio call to say my phone isn’t accepting calls say my number is incorrect when I call out my phone just bleeps and cuts off I can make and receive data calls but not normal calls or text messages it’s been like this 2 days now I have noticed tonight I now have 5G which I haven’t had before
i need my mobile I have no other access to phone need a member of the virgin team to contact me ASAP to sort this as I don’t no how to sort this

The problem I have is I can’t call and I can’t get into store I can’t find a online help tool to contact the support team I really don’t no how to contact the technical team to sort the issue

I've asked for this to be passed to staff asap.
However I can't guarantee then will get to this much quicker than a day or two so best option is to find someone with a phone you can use and call 0345 600 0789

Day 4 without my phone I got told that the issue would be resolved yesterday but I’m still without use of my phone this is getting ridiculous now I no migrations take time but I didn’t ask for the migration to be done now I’m left with a phone I’m unable to use for 4 days now

This isn't a typical migration, it shouldn't have gone down for any amount of time, they fluffed something up somewhere, I'm just wondering how many more are affected.
