iPhone 11 Delivery

We ordered a white iPhone 11 with airpods on the 8th of December and were told both on the phone and via email that the phone WOULD be delivered on the 21st of December. 

There is no tracking information on YODEL which has me thinking they don't even have the phone yet for delivery.

When we've already been waiting for two weeks, it's disappointing to have no information on the day it was meant to be delivered i.e., today.

Apologies you haven't received your order, what was the most recent contact you had in regards to this order? Do you have the confirmation email with the order or tracking number?

 

Can we also please confirm when you placed the order with us? If this was with the Black Friday sales we do try our best to keep to these delivery dates, however, due to the high amount of orders there may be some delays.
