I made a order last Tuesday 21st for a iPad. The order number is 100001036496617. I hadn’t heard anything about it so on Monday I spent 2 hours trying to talk to your customer services only to be cut off! Can some one please please please help me? I’ve only ordered it so I give it to my elderly mother so she can speak to her grand kids while in lockdown!
