iMessage won’t activate

Recently changed to virgin using a PAC code, since the transfer of numbers I can no longer use iMessage with my number (says activation unsuccessful, I have also tried the sim in another phone which also didn’t work) and I cannot receive OTP text messages. Any ideas of how to fix this?

Have you logged out of your iCloud account, then turn the off and back on, then sign back into iCloud normally this will resolve the issue. If this doesn't fix the issue then the issue may be with the Apple Side of the communication, have you spoke to Apple.

Sorry to hear that iMessage is not activating.

It looks like @DJ_Shadow1966 has beat us to it with his great advice.

Please let us know if the above fixes the issue.
