i changed my price plan and received a new sim card
And now my iMessages and FaceTime will not activate for my phone number only works on my Apple email
i have tried all the suggestions in this thread and others
can Anyone help?

Can you please tell us what you have tried so far? Have you tried turning both Facetime and iMessage off and back on again and restarting your phone?
