iMessage & Facetime issues after switching to virgin

i switched from EE to Virgin this completed 4th Jan

 

however ever since this completed i have not been able to activate iMesage or Facetime on my iPhone 11

 

i need to find out if my contract is provisioned for iMessage & if my plan is able to send international messages- i’m not able to get through to customer services 🤦🏽‍♀️

Just wondering if you ever got this problem sorted out. Just joined Virgin and I’ve tried everything to get iMessage to work without any luck. Please advise, thanks

I'm so sorry to hear you're having some trouble with iMessage and FaceTime. Can you expand, please? What happens when you try and use these services on your handset?
