New iPhone 12 which I'm unable to activate iMessage and Facetime keep on getting an error occurred during activation.
The number changed in the phone menu a few weeks ago now and iMessage has been working with the email from iCloud.
When clicking the phone number the error message just pops up in a constant loop.
I have signed out of iCloud, Disabled iMessage and Facetime, reset all settings rebooted, signed back in and its still the same. I have done all combinations of this process as I've seen online, including just resetting network settings and rebooting etc but nothing works.
Software is up to date etc. Is there anything you can do to help?
