virgin mobile have suspended my account because i my direct debit was cancelled when i came into hospital for emergency surgery. my bill is due and i want to pay it and reinstate my servce BUT i am unable to contact customer services by phone as all calls and texts are blocked. Ive tried the live chat but waited 30mins without getting connected is their anyway of paying my bill online?
i am in hospital at the moment recovering from heart surgery and unable to get to a pay phone to call customer services. there is no one i can ask to call them for me or an alternative phone i can use.

You can pay your mobile bill online, you can do this by logging into your mobile account.There should open the 'Account Hub' screen and there should be an option to make a payment along with three other options.
