when i took out my freestyle contract I was  informed online i can change the airtime part of my direct debit payment but to change the device part id have to ring. I called on 07/01/20 and someone confirmed it was changed however it hasnt and now I cant get through on the phone. there must be another way to change this. any1 been able to successfully change the date ?

Your direct debit date for you handset can be changed, however this change will usually not take place for the next direct debit but the one after that. You can also view your entire length of your payment schedule through your online account, for more information about freestyle have a look here
