helpdesk are so rude!

just spent over 3 hours on hold to resolve an issue that we have had for over a week with virgin Mobile - every agent gives us a different excuse, got through to someone called "Mike" who was so arrogant and condescending, he called me a liar mid phone call then if this isn't enough just hung up on me when I said I would like someone to explain why we have had no service for over a week!

shocking service from Virgin, going to cancel everything we have with them (phone internet tv and multiple mobiles) I would rather pay more than have so called "Customer service" agents like that
