Can anyone help me I just got a letter from virgin saying my sim will be cut off in 7 days but the latter was dated last week. i havent had any letters and due to be very ill and losing my job i havent seen this on the news or anything. I am having cancer treatment and cant loss my mobile as i am already isolated
I have tweet no respond I have tried to use the website helpline it doesn’t work and have been cut off of every call I make.

sorry what error? There is no error code the envelope just will not open. it just wont open
I can’t do a screen shot on my laptop and my phone sim was just deactivated I am now with no mobile phone.
I have been trying to sort this all day.

I have been cut off on every call I have made and I was told that because of corvid 19 they only dealing with vulnerable cases and I am not considered to be vulnerable.
I don’t want be seen as vulnerable but I am having cancer treatment and have no way at all of contacting anyone. I lost my job and have no money but will have to try and buy a pay as you go sim but I am sure virgin will keep billing me. I just give up feel let down by virgin not only have they never informed me of this they didnt bother to send me out a sim.
