Someone applied for a phone in my name from virgin. I was only aware when I started receiving letters from virgin. I have called them constantly and told them numerous times but they have still not yet resolved the issue. This has affected my credit rating as every month, it is a default payment.
I have contacted virgin several times and they have advised me that the fraud team will contact me but i have had no response. and a . It has been months and no one has contacted me. I have contacted a solicitor to take action against Virgin as this is affecting my credit rating. Can someone please advise before i take this further!!
