faulty mobile

Has anyone else had problems with the samsung  A40 phone, complained to a Dispute Resolution company, had an adjudication awarded in their favour but then found that Virgin Media ignore the adjudication and do not comply with the decision?

Hello

If you an issue with VM not complying with what the ADR has said you are going to need to get back onto them to chase up Virginmedia, VM have 20 days to comply with the ADR.

I know because we have now gone past the 20 days plus another 5 days after informing CISAS. Waiting now to see if Ofcom are going to take it up
