esim

Due to needing to use another sim for work i contacted virgin about changing my sim to esim.I was told that they have stopped esim.Does anyone know why and if it is going to be available again or do i need to change service.

They stopped them during the change over to Vodafone and then reintroduced them. Now the move to O2 is underway they may have stopped them again.

You used to be able to order them via your online accounts. I think it was in products and services. Don't know if it's still there.
