end of mobile contract

my contract is due to expire on 15 November. when will virgin mobile contact me bout an upgrade or do I just cancel outright and go with another provider?

Virgin Mobile won't contact you about it, other than any regulatory communications they send out as agreed with OFCOM.

However as you're in the last 30 days of your existing contract and your existing airtime plan isn't want you want to continue with, you're able to choose a Virgin Mobile new SIM or handset deal that suits you.
