i topped up by £20 a week ago giving me 28 pounds credit. i've made 4 national calls and its now all gone. i don't understand it. the phone is not a smart phone and doesn't have any data functions. whats happened??

You ca check your credit usage from your online account virg.in/youracc Depending on the type of your mobile phone, it may be accessing the internet in the background which will be using up your credit.
